Bio:

Natalie serves as Senior Vice President and Radiopharmaceutical Business Unit Head at Y-mAbs Therapeutics. She drives the company’s radiopharmaceutical initiatives, previously serving as Y-mAbs’ Vice President of Business Development and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Prior to joining Y-mAbs, she was Co-Lead of Strategy & Transformation at global consultancy Guidehouse, where she specialized in preparing clinical-stage biotech companies for commercial launches in domestic and international markets. Before that, Ms. Tucker was Executive Director, Head of Business Planning and Strategy for the Radioligand Therapy (RLT) business unit at Novartis, where she successfully led strategic initiatives and asset launches.
