Bio:

Melissa Conner is part of J&J Innovative Medicine Oncology BD, focusing her efforts on transformational assets and ideas that will address the unmet needs of cancer patients. She focuses on acquisitions and divestitures, but fosters relationships with companies seeking the full spectrum of potential collaborations with J&J, including clinical trial combination and licensing. She leads transaction structuring, negotiation and corporate diligence efforts for BD-deal activities, including the latest M&A of Ambrx by J&J.

Prior to joining J&J, Melissa covered the life sciences sector at JPMorgan in the Corporate Banking division. Melissa holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in biomedical engineering from Rutgers University.
